Please BEWARE of this company. We have been using this company for several years for our cottage, where we do not live full time. Twice, we’ve called to have gas delivered and twice the man who delivers it marked us as have been filled when he never even made it up the driveway. Yes, the company did NOT fill our tank in two occasions but claimed they had because the delivery man couldn’t find the key to the entry gate. So, he did not even make it to our cottage but marked us as having a full tank. TWICE! That means you have no heat when it’s the coldest in Michigan and guess what happens to the water pipes? So, do not trust this company if you do not live in the area. Go with another company.

Great customer service.When you call them they always answer your questions and helpful on your needs.Been with Fischer for over seven years never had a problem.When they say they’re going to be there on a curtain day they are there rainy days hot summer days and cold winter days.I will never change LP gas company,Fischer is a #1 company Thank you for being there in my time of need.

Pretty disappointing with the customer service. I ordered gas a month ago still haven’t got a fill it’s October 13, 2022 ordered at 50% so I can save on my bill still no fill . I’ve called and left messages I spoke with someone that said they’re going to fill the less people first with less propane OK that was a month ago just wondering what’s up they want their bill paid on time.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been calling for a month trying to get my tank filled. I was told multiple different things by different people. I was told last Thursday I was on the route to get filled, I call today and they told me I was never added. They tried to call me, no they didn’t. They say they take cash, nope. They take card, but they need a credit check first. You have to pay before making the appointment, but then someone says you don’t. It’s just not consistent at all.
