“Alamo was very easy to work with. Originally I'd been rented a car that reeked of cigarettes. I went back into the office and the agent immediately changed me to another cleaner car. Yay!
Also, when I realized I needed the car a little longer, it was easy to update online.
The agents at the desk were professional and easy to work with.”

“Rental was great. Was visiting family which included my elderly mother, the car I was able to rent was easy for her to get in and out of. Ended up needing the car for an extra day due to a flight delay as well, was easy to update my contract to include an extra day. Only negative was trying to find a parking spot once I brought the car back, lot was very full with no spots available.”

“My plane was delayed in Detroit. I called Enterprise, explained the problem. They said I would get what I had reserved when I got there. The sales representative was very kind, and even.had the car brought up to the door. Because I had to suitcases and carry one to get to the vehicle.
Very very good customer service.”

“I needed a rental car in an emergency when my own vehicle started having problems while driving out of town for a concert. On a Friday afternoon, last minute & a few hours away from home, Hertz accommodated me and provided outstanding customer service. The car was great, nearly spotless aside from the windows. Unfortunately, all 3 times I've rented from Hertz (this time from the location at MBS airport and the other 2 from the location in Gaylord, Michigan), the car windows were REALLY dirty. I am so thankful they were able to help me on such short notice, had I gotten a reasonably clean car the other 2 times I rented from Hertz, I probably wouldn't even have mentioned it in my review. Also, during this experience w/Hertz at MBS airport, I ended up calling them because Enterprise, after emailing me confirming they COULD accommodate me, said they DIDN'T have a vehicle for me once I arrived there & that someone should've called me.”

“The Avis at MBS (Midland Bay City Saginaw) was the best I’ve ever encountered. They did literally everything they could to make sure I was happy. The car was xtra large, clean and new. I had a problem at the end of my rental—I was absentminded and lost my keys, and the representative Brittany went out of her way to make sure the car was returned for me. Who does that!!? Nice, caring, hard working people do. I don’t go to MBS very often but will remember this extraordinary customer service.”
