I found out that I had a bad oil leak and needed my car fixed as soon as possible. Although, I could not get back to Freeland until late that night. So, I called Gales and they let me drop my car off and put my keys in the drop box. They had my car ready and fixed the next day and saved me from a lot of headache. The service was great and I would recommend.

We just moved into the area and needed a brake job. They got us right in and serviced the car in a few hours. Also dropped me off and picked me up when they completed the job. Great bunch of people.

I noticed a leak on a Friday afternoon and Gales quickly diagnosed it and ordered a part. I had my car back Monday afternoon. I really appreciate the fast turnaround. They checked in with me about a week later to see if I had any issues. I can honestly say I am impressed with their customer service.

First time Gales customer at their Freeland shop. I hate car issues and asking family and friends for rides. Gales manager Zach offered me a ride home so I didn’t have to be there for a few hours. They fixed the car same day so that my husband had it for work the following day. The store was clean, the employees very kind and friendly, and I give them a solid 5 stars for our experience. Car issues fixed and we now have a/c without inhaling Freon!

Just went in for an oil change. They did it quickly and at the price mentioned. They also gave the vehicle an inspection and texted the link to the inspection. Staff was friendly at check in. I'm happy with my stop.

Recently had an air conditioner pump replaced here. I delt with Zach. He was very professional. They got me in really fast, they communicated with me along the way as to the issue. Even text a report of what the issue was, a long with pictures. They did a thorough job. The attention to detail was outstanding. Would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone. They even did a follow up with me a couple days later to see if the repairs were working well. You don't get this level of service today. It's a great place. Will definitely take my vehicle there again.

Great service!! Andy and his team provided an initial quote, followed by a detailed inspection to confirm issues. They were able to knock out new motor mounts, rear main seal and oil pan gasket in less than 48 hours. Work is warrantied for 2 years. Great work, great value. Will go back again for sure.
