Came to Pat's at 7:41 a.m. when they open at 7:00 a.m. waited around the counter for 4 minutes, needed propane tanks filled was told "nope" and at least for another 20 minutes. What's the sense in opening at 7: 00a if you can't provide service.

Didn't like my experience here. Was confronted by an employee when I first initially entered the store. Was asked what I was looking for and he directed me to isle 9. On my way to isle 9, we abruptly hear over the loud speakers "customers headed towards isle 9". Then I hear another employee on his speakers say that he was on it. It's like, I don't need to basically be hunted or tracked within your store when i know exactly what im after. Made me feel super uncomfortable. I don't need this kind of help or attention especially when I never asked for it even to begin with. If I need help, I'll come find someone. This was way over the top. Really bizarre experience.

Fact, you can shop in a million places. Don't waste your time driving to a Meijer or Kroger or a Walmart yes you could save a few dollars but you can't save time or gas driving to another town. Plus I am a professional service employee. You can't get better service then Stan, Joel and the gang of Freeland folks that work there.

I had no idea that Pat's did catering. We recently had it for a funeral luncheon and it was so good we were confident we could order food from here for our daughters Open House, and trust it to be both quality and crowd pleasing. And Pat's exceeded our hopes and expectations. We had a good amount of food, which they did try to push or oversell us on, and the food could not have tasted better. We highly recommend going here for your party needs!

Wish there were more stores around like Pat’s! It’s nice to walk in to a store that actually has products on the shelves, friendly cashiers, & other workers who go out of their way to help find what you’re looking for.
