Should've never gotten rid of both cash registers and shouldn't have added self checkouts because now it takes longer than before they remodeled to checkout. The self checkouts don't even work, they have product on them like storage. Half of the staff isn't even friendly and you can hear them talk a out personal things that shouldn't be talked about at work.

Definitely need more cash registers. One lady trying to check out everyone. Couldn't find an item and a young lady was very helpful. Not a bad experience but the wait to check out was a bit long.

I love this DG. The workers are helpful.
The biggest issue has nothing to do with the actual staff. It is that they don't employ enough people to ever put things away. Bad form Dollar General corporate

This place went down hill.. The two out of three checkouts have been down and remain down. The lady checking out is slower then ever. There is always a line of 6 to 10 customers waiting to check out. Every worker rings customers up in slow motion. I swear they do jt slower when there is a huge line. The staff has gone down hill. It's not the same crew that it was a few years back. They all seem kind enough, but terrible hygiene and work ethic.. Stood in line tonight with 7 people in front of me. Cashiers are slow as all hell, place stinks like silly Billy's dumpster.. Just all around sucks..

Seems this place is rarely open. The past three times my husband and/or I have tried to go there they have had a written closed sign taped to the door for various reasons. We tried twice today over an hour apart and they were closed both times. You could see the employees just inside the door chatting but the doors were locked. This was 3:30 pm and 5:15 pm. We also think they close earlier than the hours are on the door as we tried stopping an hour before close one time and the doors were locked.

Never enough help. Always short-handed. I feel for the employees as they are multitasking everywhere. It's unfair to employees & to the public. I don't know if people just don't want to work.. but this store really needs extra hands. Nice employees , just not enough.
I have noticed though there produce is much more expensive than Pat's local store & not good quality.
But all and all, they strive to do their best, with what they have.

I will be avoiding this dollar general and any other dollar general that wants to make it self check out only. I shouldn't have to bag my products, while you stand there and watch me.

It would be nice if the employee working wasn’t drama talking about divorce to someone while checking the customers out, very rude to not even acknowledge us when going to pay, she didn’t even tell me my total before just taking the money out of my hand because she was too busy talking to her friend. I normally like this store and have no complaints but this was just ridiculous.

This store is constantly changing hours, sometimes without posting a change. Went there tonight at 6:20 PM to grab a few things and the door was locked. I saw an employee who was standing at the front door when I pulled in and asked if they were closed. She said they closed at 6 tonight. I said, “your sign says you close at 7”. She just said they closed at 6. No note on the door, no notice.

They have had a brand new shelfing upgrade way more stuff and Overall, there were a lot of employees They had gotten a lot more fridges. With a lot more stuff you can buy People restocking a lot Very low prices I prefer for people that need Food quick Lots of options Best Dollar General I've ever seen.
