Very poor experience, overspray on the majority of the vehicle, there was a run in the part they painted, roof leaked after they they repaired and headliner was dirty after they worked on it. Tim made an attempt to make it better, they said they needed it one and had it for more than two days and did not provide loaner, I attempted to have them make additional corrections but did not return my calls. I had the have insurance company contact them to get them to call me back. I ended up taking it someone these to correct issues. I am leaving this review because I picked them based on the reviews.Service: Painting

Best place in the tri-cities to be taken care of. Tires and body shop, they do it all in a timely manor.

I hate that I'm leaving this review, but I had a terrible experience with Drive Collision and McDonald Ford with an insurance claim. On July 11th, I was in a collision with a large bird. Windshield was toast. I thought the body was fine, but Drive Collision said there was a dent on the hood and roof. It took a few weeks to get a few parts, and my truck needed some warranty work during the time. At no point did the body shop update me on an ETA. I get my truck back August 2nd.Upon picking it up, this is where the disaster started. In the center console, all of the glass from the original accident was in the cup holders. There was a dirty rag in a cubby. There was used parts in the back seat and drivers seat. I let them know, they cleaned up the glass and I left. I get home and see there was a scratch on the drivers side fender, scratches from what looked to be a sander at another point, adhesive from the tape when they draped my truck on the bumper, a gouge on the passenger side fender, polishing compound in all of the panel gaps, my floor mat got damaged, and the wiper was installed wrong so when you'd turn on the wipers, it'd bounce off the a-pillar. There was dry paint drips along the bottom of the hood. I cut myself a few times on glass in the carpet as I tried to re-install the floor mats to where they belong. I leave a message for the GM and get a call from the dealer the next morning. Dave over in the service department was great. He was incredibly helpful.Tim, the Body Shop Manager, on the other hand, wasn't as helpful. He calls me shortly after, lets me know I'll be working with him. He tells me that the post work inspection wasn't done and I wasn't suppose to get my truck back so soon. I'll save you the boring details, but I would come back, they'd give me a rental, and repair the damage caused. The whole call he blamed someone else and and tried to pass the buck to someone else dropping the ball.I drop my truck off the following Monday (8/7). He doesn’t introduce himself when he comes out. He looks bothered that I’m there and says “Show me what you got”. As I'm trying to show Tim the issues, he is constantly interrupting me, blaming someone else, etc. I left frustrated. A few days later I get my truck back. I look at it again, and the issues are still there. I leave another message for the GM, who does not respond or call back. I head back to the dealer, ask for Tim. I show him the same items I showed him the previous visit, and the excuses are flying. The scratch on the drivers side he says “It looks better than it did”. The scratches on the fender from the sander were still there, and the gouge looked like someone put a small drop of a paint stick on it, then wiped it off. It looked like someone tried to cover up the issue instead of fix it. Tim starts to make every excuse under the sun. He said he doesn’t inspect the vehicles himself, says the scratches could be “rock chips”, says one of his employees must have tried to cover it up and not wanted to get in trouble, so they hid it from him, etc. He replaced some cowl on my truck that was “ripped” that I had no idea was wrong. Tim made it seem like I should be grateful he replaced something I didn’t know was broken, instead of fixing the damage that happened while in his body shop. He blamed the damage on the glass company, his employees, etc. At no point was any accountability taken or even an apology was made. I’m told to bring it back for its third visit so I could get a rental. I find the trash I showed Tim the first time in my underseat storage. My wife also cuts her hand on more glass.I went back for a third time, and it was a similar experience. Tim was no where to be found. I showed a tech and Taylor the issues. There is now a little "Puddle" that formed that I'll pay someone to fix so I don't have to go back. If you care about your vehicle, I'd go elsewhere. No apology has been made. The GM has 3 calls from me and hasn't bothered to reach out back to me. There is a lot mor

Terrible they keep ordering wrong parts to fix vehicle and extend another 30 days. If you can't order the correct part then have someone else order them. But why would you repeatedly order the wrong part. Good reason not to by the truck from Mcdonald. If one part of the business is with out leadership then the rest surely is as well.Service: Body & Trim

I was late getting there, due to a freak flat. Had to be towed to their center. No matter, they were very helpful and efficient. Kudos, everyone!

I recommend drive collision ?. Tim and his team are 2nd to none. They are extremely professional and try to get you back on the road at the best possible price. Tim is honest & fair and the work of his team is excellent. If you get in a fender bender or one of our antlered friends decide to run into your car, give Tim at Drive Collision a call...you won’t be disappointed ? ?

I ran into my own garage and significantly damaged my tailgate. Ed and the other technicians initially thought it would have to be replaced but after some review they determined it could be repaired, which was less expensive for me. I received great service and help from Tim all along the way including a loaner vehicle (which I accidentally locked a favorite cup in the middle counsel). They got it out and the end result was a perfect repair job. I hope I don’t have to go back, but if needed I certainly will in a heartbeat.

My insurance company recommended this place for some pretty extensive repairs that I needed. They did a really great job. It's guaranteed for a lifetime. I did have to go back and get some minor adjustments made after things settled. they took a week longer than they originally estimated. The loaner car wasn't my favorite but it got me from A to b Great job overall!
