Horrible customer service. The pharmacist has been helpful. And I’ve spoken to one gentleman that was pleasant. However, there’s a couple girls that are absolutely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. I usually only go there for urgent prescriptions so that I don’t have to drive to Midland. That stops now. They have fully lost our business. It sounds like others have had the same experiences with the same people. It’s unfortunate that a corporate pharmacy has top tier customer service compared to a hometown business that should give you that pleasant experience. I hope Freeland Pharmacy doesn’t risk their business by continuing to allow the actions of these employees, who are obviously not one-offs based solely on the reviews here.

The pharmacy at Pat's food center has always been very professional. No problem getting prescriptions filled timely.

Unfriendly! As a paying customer, I have never been treated like a complete nuisance. I’ve been using this pharmacy for a year, so I’m not able to chalk the treatment up to someone just having a bad day. It is literally EVERY single time I’ve dealt with them! Unfortunately, they are the only pharmacy in Freeland. I’ll make the extra drive to go somewhere else!

Recently switched over to this pharmacy and am happy with the service so far! I called to check on a prescription, was told it was ready and was also reminded of other items that were ready for pick up so we could get everything at once. When I arrived to the pharmacy for pick up, Peggy's welcoming smile and cheery attitude made my day! She is definitely the perfect person to interact with customers/patients! She even remembered my call earlier that day and was so personable as if we'd been going there for years. Great service!

One of the most professional and pleasant pharmacies I've used in years. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Although it is now out of the way from where I live, I will continue to use Freeland pharmacy so long as I live in Saginaw county.

The girl that works the front desk is nice but the pharmacist on the other hand is extremely impolite and always tries to argue anytime I’ve called to check the status of my prescription, mind you they never call me to let me know it is ready. I will be taking my business elsewhere and highly advise others to not even waste their time with this place.

Was treated very unprofessional by the girl with name tag that said Cathy when I last came in. Never will come back to this pharmacy again. What a joke you should be ashamed of the way you treat people. Will be going meijer pharmacy for now on.

Tried to stay local, I Couldn’t afford their prices, I had to go somewhere I could. I had an emergency fill for my child, told me they won’t fill RX’s for me, because I left!!! Said, this in front of costumers, tried to make me sound like like a drug addict!! This was the pharmacist! Unbelievable, no worries, I took my business to Meijer!

Had been a loyal customer for years, had some hiccups but tried to remain loyal to small town company. Yesterday had my last straw. No communication if there are no refills, etc, they will NOT call you to inform you of these situations. Pharmacists exact words "we do not have time to call, we expect you to know that information". That is fine, but be professional and care about your customers health. No need to be arrogant and rude. I should add that this is the pharmacist, the person that checks out is very friendly. Moved to Meijer today, and they actually text you for updates!

Absolute horrible customer service. Didn't know the law about transferring scripts and put someone in emergency room over it. Should have handed back our original perscritption, knowing it couldn't be transferred. Doesn't follow through in a timely manner or very friendly.

Excellent service!
