If I could give a zero I would the car was through my insurance company from being in a accident first off the truck was dirty when I picked it up in it needed an oil change I called she told me to google how to cut it off which I kept calling about In they let me drive around on a expired tag knowing cause I kept calling I asked the lady before I left was everything good did I owe anything she said yes your al see just for me to wake up to 1800$ out my account with no final bill because I kept the payment current I will never rent from them again customer service is rude in now they are not answering the phone

Booked a car with Hertz after my car was damaged in an accident. The agent said shouldn’t be a problem and to head over to get my car that afternoon. I called to verify for pickup at MBS and they didn’t have any cars and wouldn’t until next or two days out. I said cancel it, I needed the car specifically and verified it with the agent. They never cancelled the rental and when I disputed on my credit card, they refused to budge. So enterprise will continue to have my business and I suggest you take yours there too.

Do not use Hertz, they do not release your hold on your deposit. They make excuses that you have to call your bank. They should be held accountable for it. There's nobody to talk to or help you. They refuse to help!!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Probably the worst rental company out there. Charged me for age differential when I’m defiantly above the age of 25. Save yourself the hassle and use a different company.

I had a rental with Hertz through my insurance company. I asked for a vehicle that was covered under the insurance rate because I did not want to pay anything additional. They said ok. Once I turned the vehicle in I was charged $79.73 when i called they said taxes and fees for the vehicle was more than what the insurance company covered. I told them that I asked for a vehicle that was covered not a vehicle over that price. I was told take it up with ur insurance company and was hung up on. Hertz is very rude, unprofessional and hard to do business with. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I needed a rental car in an emergency when my own vehicle started having problems while driving out of town for a concert. On a Friday afternoon, last minute & a few hours away from home, Hertz accommodated me and provided outstanding customer service. The car was great, nearly spotless aside from the windows. Unfortunately, all 3 times I've rented from Hertz (this time from the location at MBS airport and the other 2 from the location in Gaylord, Michigan), the car windows were REALLY dirty. I am so thankful they were able to help me on such short notice, had I gotten a reasonably clean car the other 2 times I rented from Hertz, I probably wouldn't even have mentioned it in my review. Also, during this experience w/Hertz at MBS airport, I ended up calling them because Enterprise, after emailing me confirming they COULD accommodate me, said they DIDN'T have a vehicle for me once I arrived there & that someone should've called me.

Do not rent here. Horrible customer service. If your flight is delayed, they’ll leave and you’ll have no car. Hertz policy is stated that they stay open if flights are delayed. They will not, even if you call. Further, good luck getting to a supervisor. They won’t transfer you to one.

Dropped car off with a full tank of gas after traveling a total of 39 miles. Hertz took it upon themselves to record additional mileage used and charging for extra fuel. Last time I'll be using them. Very disappointing!!

Terrible service, I had pre booked online and sat there for an hour as she tried navigating through the computer to get it to work. I was the only person there. One star because they had a candy bowl

My plane was delayed, I was stressed from flying across the country, but Kim at the Saginaw Airport Hertz had my back. Great rates, very nice selection of cars, and professional staff. I highly recommend this Hertz to anyone flying into the Freeland Saginaw Airport.

I'll never go to hertz again at mbs I rented a car on 3/32/24 to go to detroit for a flight upon inspection I noticed a chip in the front windshield took photos of it and the whole car upon returning it to detroit they charged my 500 bucks to fix the windshield never again will I rent a car from there again plain fraud that's 2 times that's happened at that airport

I had previously booked with the Alamo next to it, and they closed before my appointment time. The woman at the desk saw I couldn’t get my car and went above and beyond to find me a new car from hertz. I was very thankful for all the work she did!
