Service was efficient, not very personable, but efficient.Most veggies were obviously frozen with frost on the pans in the cooler, but they were still being served. So we skipped adding veggies ( because seriouslywho wants a mushy veggie on their sandwich after it thaws ?). Then, we got home to eat our sub, and the bread was dry with hard ends..Skip the Freeland Subway location.. $35 for 2 subs, no veggies, and stale bread just isn't worth it.

This used to be a good subway but the last couple times I’ve been there, the service has been incredibly slow. There was no one even in the parking lot and it still took nearly 15 minutes just to get my food. When I placed my order, the employee working the speaker talked to me like I was inconveniencing him. They also toasted a sub that I didn’t want toasted so it was a waste. And the incompetent employees didn’t give me my correct change back until I asked, which added more time to the wait. This is sad.

Bald guy in the glasses uttered "disgusting" at my order, learn to keep your thoughts to your damn self. What horrible customer service, I won't be coming back.

Young woman with blonde hair is garbage. Intentionally made the tuna sub wrong. She’s just mad she’s stuck working fast food. Someone clearly never taught her about quality work or how to work. I really hope she’s not the manager

What a fantastic, dining experience, not only was, I greeted in a friendly fashion my meal was EXACTLY the way I asked for it, delicious, and the store was absolutely spotless. Sasha made the most amazing Philly for me! And Cori (the manager on duty) needs a raise. She runs a tight ship. I’ll defiantly be back!

Got out of work late, wanted to stop for a quick sandwich. Got to subway 20 minutes before they closed, all the lights were on. Open sign lit, two people were walking out. One was an employee and possibly the second one as well. Another employee inside behind the counter. Pull up to the drive through. Sorry we are closed, come back during normal operation hours… it’s 8:40 you close at 9:00. I get it if it was like 8:55, but 20 minutes is foolish. Just close at 8:30 then.

The lady that first took my order was super rude to not only me but everyone, if you didn’t immediately know what you were getting when walking in she would roll her eyes and rush you. I’m not usually one to complain but this really irritated and disgusted me by how she was acting. I will not be coming back.

Terrible customer service. Not friendly at all. Almost dismissive. They also do not answer the phone. And they are typically out of stock of some of the more important items. Personal suggestion, Jimmy John's isn't too far away.

This is good food except for the fact that they gave me my veggie sandwhich without all of the modifications I requested on the app. Not sure why. The other sandwhich I had ordered was completely to what I requested though.

Went in to check out all the new sandwiches ... and went with my favorite "classic" ? steak & cheese.Everything looked good and the veggies were super fresh. My old-stand-by sandwich was awesome!Employees were nice, the store was clean, and I didn't have to wait in line.
