They got me in the same day gave me a full diagnosi of my vehicle and Seth even walked me through not only the brake repair but also other future repairs needed. “They are efficient and honest. Originally my electronic fix was going to cost almost $1000 but it ended up up not needing the expensive part originally thought so my cost ended up being under $400! Some other shops might have lied that they put the new part in and charged me the higher price. Not these guys! They’ve earned my business for sure. Mechanic Todd is truly amazing!”
“Came in for tire replacement and alignment due to uneven wear.
The team handled the service professionally. Toe was adjusted, and they clearly explained that camber on one side is out of spec and not adjustable without body work. I appreciate the transparency and the fact that they didn’t push unnecessary repairs.
I went ahead with the alignment, which improved the setup, though camber remains something to monitor over time.
One downside was the payment experience — both Apple Pay and Apple Card were declined, which created some friction at checkout. It would be helpful if supported payment methods were more reliable or clearly communicated.
Overall: honest and competent service, with minor gaps in communication and checkout experience.”
