“Excellent customer service by Midland Belle Tire after other location ordered and installed summer tires going into Michigan winter. Noticed the tread difference and brought the issue to Savy at Belle Tire Midland. Savy provided excellent and timely customer service to resolve the error on the incorrect tires being ordered and installed. Luckily he had the correct set of all season tires in stock and fit me in right on the spot to swap out tires without charging me the extra difference between the tires.
