Package has been “stuck in transit” at this post office for 6 days now, why have I not received my package.. I’m 2 minutes up the road:(

If you work a 8 to 5 job this post office is worthless. They won't put your packages in a large mailbox and then put the key in your mailbox. They just keep it in the back and then put the little piece of paper in your box stating you have a package. Oh it gets better, because you work for a living they will return the package to the sender because you can't get there before they close at 5pm. How they for got they work for us.

Our mail was not delivered for 5 days so we naturally had to go to the post office to figure things out as they do not ever answer the phone. When we arrived, we calmly stated why we there. However the post master Greg apparently has a poor attitude, and acts in a defensive manor when it is not necessary. He came with an attitude right out the gate when there was no reason for it. He pretty much told us he didn't want to help us out. We did however finally get our mail after pushing for it. What I don't get is the poor attitude and poor customer service. If it were any normal business you most likely would get a apology, and an assurance it would not happen again. Since the post office has a monopoly on the mail service I guess that means they can treat customers however they want. Greg would never get a job at my business, and I wonder how someone like that got to where he is.

Phone system will not allow me to talk to an agent without a tracking number. That's my problem. I don't have a tracking number!!!!!!!!!!@@!@!!!!

This place has changed so much. The small-town charm has been replaced by a postmaster that is not only rude but has a personal vendetta against customers. He gets angry when you bring him mail to have shipped!
