Helpful hardware folks? They stand around talking to each other and don’t help anyone! Customers walking around aimlessly and they just talk amongst themselves!!! Would not recommend! Go to your local mom and pop hardware store! They know more and treat you better!!!

I was quite shocked during my visit. An elderly man with a mustache was terribly rude, he first yelled at a customer, then came back and shouted at a young employee! The poor girl got a little flustered, but bless her heart, she tried her best to stay calm. It was just so upsetting to see someone behave so unkindly especially to a fellow employee.

I recently visited Ace Hardware and I received assistance from a younger employee in the bolt section. They were very helpful. I also had some questions about weed wacker heads that were answered by them and another staff member. Ace Hardware in Fremont is my go-to hardware store because their staff is always friendly, making me never feel like an inconvenience.

The employees are wonderful. They will spend as much time as you need, helping you find what you need and/or figure stuff out without making you feel like a nuisance. They have many choices for anything you're looking for. Their prices are good as well.
