“When I have any questions when some warning pops up I simply call the service department and they are great about giving me advice on how to proceed. This time I had low tire pressure -they told me it was ok to drive the short distance to them and they checked it right away, found a nail 🥺 and quickly had it fixed. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. And I appreciate they are dog friendly!

“Needed a dirk bike radiator repaired, and these guys did the job quickly! Very happy with the results. I dropped off the broken radiator in the morning and was riding again in the afternoon! They used a special epoxy to repair a rip in the aluminum and it worked perfectly.”

Even though they were busy, Scott Witte walked outside and assessed the damage, assured me that his crew could have this done in a timely manner and that they would take care of everything. And they did! Even though the outside temperatures were in the high 90s they pushed through and did an awesome job. They finished before the predicted date, and there is NO sign of the damage and the paint looks original. There's no sign of where they started and stopped. Hopefully I won't need anymore repairs but if so, that's where I will go.”

“Good service, decent prices and they were able to get me in quick. The only thing I would change is maybe give someone a heads up that if they schedule an appointment at 12 for an oil change that everybody goes to lunch at 12:00 so it will be an hour wait. I would have rescheduled for 12:30 instead so I could get some lunch myself”
