“As my husband and I were traveling up to Hersey Michigan, we ended up with a broken serpentine belt. We were nervous as where we were in a city we had never been in before. Dylan was an amazing help not only did he give us a diagram to help us with a serpentine belt. He also let us use his tools and offered to help us after hours if needed. Dylan went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were on our way. We ended up having an amazing weekend and just talked about how great and how blessed we are for Dylan to help us. He’s an outstanding kid and I hope his pay reflects his amazing work ethic”

“I appreciated the customer service from the time I walked in the door. Even though they were busy, Scott Witte walked outside and assessed the damage, assured me that his crew could have this done in a timely manner and that they would take care of everything. And they did! Even though the outside temperatures were in the high 90s they pushed through and did an awesome job. They finished before the predicted date, and there is NO sign of the damage and the paint looks original. There's no sign of where they started and stopped. Hopefully I won't need anymore repairs but if so, that's where I will go.”
