We had brake house replace our brakes a few months back. This series of events happened a few months back.. im just now getting to leave a review. We got our truck back and thought all was well until our whole tire flew off while driving. Absolutely shredded our brake we just had done. We had to have the truck towed. Brake house replaced our shredded brake for free, but would only go half on the towing and blamed us for the tire falling off. Said we shouldve checked to see if our lug nuts were tightened. We didnt do the brake replacement THEY DID, so therefore when the tire was put on they shouldve checked the tightness of the lug nuts. They ordered us a new rim since ours got broke and told us to come in when it arrived and he would put the new rim and tire on. Anyways, we drove over an hour to have this rim and tire put on because he said he could do it that day. When we showed up he said he didnt have a lift available and loaded the tire into the back of the truck. Very unprofessional business. That tire flying off could have killed us.

They were fair with their prices and so far the jeep seems to be starting just fine, theirs still a little something wrong with the front end but what they did improved it, I would go their Gain anytime

Friendly and knowledgeable. Had my appointment after a twelve hour shift and the owner had my brakes done quickly which was much appreciated. Work was explained before starting. Price was fair. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommend.
