“Had a great experience at the T mobile store in Fremont working with Angel. So helpful and patient with me and explained everything so I understood.. also walked me through the process and did the parts of it I asked to do for me. Thank you Angel!”
“Edit: Wonderful, helpful people at this location. Every time I've had a problem they have always been so helpful. I just wish they had cheaper phone plans for retired/senior people.”

“We had an outstanding experience with my Verizon representative. From the moment we walked in, they treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood my options without ever making me feel rushed.
What impressed us most was their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our issues was completely resolved. It’s rare to find people so dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Their positive attitude, knowledge, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful situation a truly pleasant experience.
Verizon is fortunate to have employees who represents the company with such integrity and compassion. Thank you for making us feel valued as customers ,your outstanding service did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated!”
