You call and your lucky to get call back, service goes out due to maintenance and they don't notify anyone that is using the tower that their service may be disrupted.

I've always had a good experience with anyone I've dealt with. They always get back to me when I leave a message. The techs that come out are super helpful and courteous. Joe went through 8 different things to finally get me better signal. Is it the best internet ever? No, but it's usualy pretty good.
