“Again, this is just a gas station so it's hard to write an in-depth review for it, but I'll add what I can. The staff was really nice and the place was pretty clean for a gas station so that's really good. They have a good selection of beverages and snacks and other items you might need while on the road.”
“This place is not associated with GasBuddy, does not take EBT/Food Stamps cards, and does not take insurance cards (like Aetna payment cards). GasBuddy prices are unreliable, and there is no way AT ALL to use either of those payment methods here. Just letting everybody know.”

“People here are great. They try to help everyone who comes in their gas station. They give a whole new meaning to need something and a penny short no problem. Yes they dont have a public restroom but if your need they will let you use it. From my understanding they have had the same problem as every other gas station in Monroe and had to follow suite in closing theirs down to. So I totally understand why they dont have a 24 hour restroom. I have been in there many times and never have seen a resturant. They do have some really good sandwhiches and cheese.”

“What can I really say? Is a big gas station. It does have a large supply of snacks, drinks, heated food like hotdogs and taquitos etc. There's all kinds of random stuff in here and car maintenance items like oil, and a bunch of other automobile fluids and accessories. Gas prices are reasonable, and the staff seems friendly. Would definitely recommend if you need gas, snacks or a quick bathroom visit!”

“My favorite part of this place is the counter person. I don't know, I guess I'm not sure, but I feel like he genuinely is excited to have customers. He always tries to greet you in a happy way. Ask you how your day is going. Seems like he wants to know everyone that comes in and seems like it makes him happy to see repeat customers.
Oh, and he has a very competitive price for regular gas!
There's a lot of good stuff in his store even some unique items to check out.
I always look forward to my next visit.”

“This gas station has prices will catch you off guard. You must stop by here for some Gatorades before going to the Great Wave! I’m talking about four 28oz bottles for $4! Can’t beat that at all.. The gasoline is also 20¢ cheaper than the metro Detroit gas prices in case you didn’t know.”

“This gas station is amazing! The moment you walk in, you immediately notice how clean it is and how well lit it is. I've been in here at least 30 times since my works across the street. And it is never once been dirty. The selection of items that had to choose from is equally amazing. They have every pop you could think of, every energy drink, a great selection of domestic and craft beers and then a full liquor selection behind the counter. The food is even great, not great for a gas station but great in general. They have pizza by the slice, some nice dessert treats, and then a whole menu of other items you can get by order.”

“I really hate going into any gas stations during this pandemic but I REALLY had to stop. The attendant was nice, wore her mask PROPERLY, and she was willing to help us find the items we were looking for. Also, I was pleasantly surprised on how clean they're public bathroom was. I mean it was spotless - which is highly unusual for any gas station.”

“A HUGE "thank you" to the Marathon gas station cashier, Dawn, who helped me in a bind on Monday, when I ran out of gas. I haven't ran out of gas since I was in high school.Coming home from Kroger, the car ran out of gas on the exit ramp, coming home. Walked to the Marathon station, literally across the street, to get a can of gas. Unfortunately, they didn't have any usable gas cans.Dawn took action. She immediately called her husband, to come up to the station, with a can of gas. He did so, and then afterwards, he tells me twice, "do not come to the gas station to give my wife money for this. She won't accept it. This is what you do in life. You help people when you can afford to do it. The only pay back I want is for you to be a good person, and pay it forward when you can."AWESTRUCK!!! “I had a great experience there a few days ago with this awesome cashier named Josh!!! He was super nice and helpful i had my card locked and left my phone at home so he helped me count all my change and didn’t rush me so i had enough gas to get home and it was a lot of change! I appreciate the service and I’ll definitely be back without change this time haha!”
