“I had the best customer service tonight with Trisha and Melanie. After a few different visits to other pharmacies, where I either had poor customer service or the prescription I needed was not in stock, those two ladies were very helpful! Even walking with me over to the over the counter options to help me find something in the mean time to help with my issues. At this point it didn't look like my prescription was going to go through. It finally did and they were quick go call me, even thought they were closing. Thank you so much ladies! I was physically in pain but you two made the that trip pain free! She takes her time with him she listens . We see her in the community and she knows who we are . Makes a difference we are not just a number . “This RiteAid has been my pharmacy since moving to North Muskegon in 2007. Love the Pharmacy Managers Jessica and Rocky and am always greeted by name by the Pharmacy Assistants. The couple of times they haven’t had my prescription in stock they’ve called to the other stores and had it all set up for me to just go pick it up. I’ve even been able to quickly and easily schedule my vaccines there. It’s obvious that they care about their patients. Amazing service!!”

“I was recently visiting my son in Muskegon & had run out of my medications. I went to two other pharmacies who told me it was illegal for them to fill because it was a controlled medication. In fact, that is a lie. They made me feel almost criminal. I am a 72 year old retired executive, but they showed neither compassion nor care. I called HomeTown Pharmacy on Whitehall Rd in N Muskegon. They were a God send in my time of need and filled my prescription without hesitation. In fact they had done it so quickly I couldn't believe the level of service I was provided. I'm in the process of moving to Muskegon to be closer to my son. HomeTown Pharmacy will become my regular pharmacy when I move.”

“While the wait is a little long at times, not more than any other pharmacy, the staff is incredibly friendly, they take the time you need to answer your questions without attitude like a major chain pharmacy that is overworked and underpaid, and they call for reminders to come and get your prescriptions. And a "reasonably priced"* repair was done at Sam's Club.A very good experience.Good service, knowledgeable, friendly staff at Sam's Club. ***** :)*(Repair was priced much below my usual car repair service (Betten)...Just before Christmas, a different light was staying on and at Betten, I was charged over $100++ for just the computer readout, no repair!!! )”

“The in the back told me i have blood pressure thats not the greatest experience but anyway me ( pink easter bunny with pumpkin mask) and sb (gorilla) walked in with full-body suits and the employees were treating us inhumane looking at saying “strong burglary vibes” we didn’t feel welcomed so we left to play on the snow hill in the parking lot but the employe was still watching like a perv, we felt so uncomfortable that we had no choice but to equip ourselves to the 2-person bike and rode off into the woods so we can lay by the river.”

The pharmacist was friendly on the phone and had my script filled in under 20 minutes. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help with anything, so I'm counting this as a very positive experience.”

I go in there twice a week just to buy an ice cream bar (only $1.25!!!!!) and to be around those nice folks! Actually, the entire village is like that, but the pharmacy tops the list! Wish I had a few more gold stars to post. I'll get some at the pharmacy and another ice cream bar!”
