“I had an great experience with Watkins. I unfortunately let my cats medicine run out on a Friday and needed it refilled ASAP to avoid missing doses over the weekend. Usually getting a compounded medication refilled over the weekend is tricky. I expressed my concerns and the compounding pharmacist was able to get me the medication in time to continue doses without hiccup. I can tell she really cares about providing good service. Thank you again, Watkins! I'll definitely be back.”

“Nice people. They've helped me out when Walgreens can't seem to do an antibiotic until the next day. Recently, after the second time, I switched to Walgreens: better hours and they will do whatever needed to get me my prescription the same day (bc it's not something that should wait until sometime the next day! ). Plus, they have a drive- thru - just had for surgery, so I was grateful not to have to go in thru the snow.”
“So I just recently had to switch for insurance reasons, but the time I've used them for my prescriptions, we'll let me say that if I could rate them higher I would , the two that's helped me the most there are I believe Rebecca and Matt these two individuals have went above and beyond.Their customer service skills have been unbelievably helpful they have helped me numerous times with all sorts of issues with my medication, when I'm sure it's not what their title calls for so thankyou to them and to all at this pharmacy!!”

“This pharmacy has gone above and beyond to be there and make sure I get my meds during a very difficult time In my life.
I am one of the federally paid people who lost their job in may, so I lost my insurance. When this happened to us there was no warning just one day you don’t have a job. In my line of work no one’s barely hiring because they’re afraid to draw attention to their spending. It took me 3 months to find a new job and so new insurance. I have mental health diagnoses and without my meds I’m in no condition to help others with their mental health, so they’re important. This pharmacy has made my meds affordable to me and in doing so made it so I can continue to help others suffering with the same mental health stuff. Without the lakes pharmacy I don’t know where I’d be at”

“Very nice staff. Been going here or years. Used to go to Meijer pharmacy but always long lines, high turn over in staff, young kids not knowledgeable. Switched to CVS pharmacy on Harvey St with no regrets. You are in and out, greeted with smiles, knowledge and helpful friendly staff. Highly recommend. My ONLY complaint is no need for entire staff to take lunch from 1:30pm to 2pm. Stagger employees lunches so you are always open. Makes no sense to me. Very easy fix to not inconvenient customers.”

“While the wait is a little long at times, not more than any other pharmacy, the staff is incredibly friendly, they take the time you need to answer your questions without attitude like a major chain pharmacy that is overworked and underpaid, and they call for reminders to come and get your prescriptions. I think they're great, they deal with insurance for me so I don't have to. I'm very satisfied with my experiences through them.”
