Purchased a new DR line mower for nearly $600. It it's kept stored chained up outside with all the manuals and warranty paperwork zip-tied to side and completely destroyed. Not in plastic just paper documents in the weather for presumably an extended period of time based on fading of unit. Very frustrating as none of the start up info or manuals are legible in any way.

The inside is clean, the product selection is extensive, they have sprockets, chain links, motor oils and other very useful products for working on motorized bikes. The pet section is nice, they sell big dog beds and large bags of food, they also sell toys and treats. There are some motor toys for sale. There are gas and electric yard care products. There are power tools too. The staff are also very nice.

I ordered a shirt online and they did not change the size of shirt like I asked and it was suppose to be shipped in 2 days and it took twice as long. This was a birthday gift and I will never order from this place again.

Went in with my dogs. Went to cat food and gentleman ask if I needed help and he was great looked in back for food and everything. Went to look at spark plugs needed help ask girls at front. They acted like I was a bothering them. Did call same guy that helped me with animal food. He tried they once again did not have what I needed. My dogs always go to counter to get a treat. I even spoke to the woman at register and stood behind her for a short time. She did not acknowledge me in anyway and acted as though she did not hear me. Had a ear piece in but if the ear piece distract her that much that she ignored a customer probably should not be wearing it inside. I was throughly displeased with the customer service I Recieved by the two women at the front of the store. Need better help then that for us tomorrow service to be at least de ent.

Met reasonable expectations for product choice, sales associate ringing us out was very pleasant and informative. My son got to enjoy seeing their baby duck and chic area.

Unhelpful staff. Wandered around for 20 minutes looking for some specific boots, and was literally walked past and ignored by several workers, then just stared at as I left empty-handed. Customer service is a dying art - at least here. Do better, Tractor Supply.
