“They stand behind their work. We bought a salvage vehicle from them in 2019 which they restored to brand new looking. One of the things they had to do was replace the front bumper. The bumper came pre-primed and the primer failed. It is now 2024. They replaced the bumper and repainted it and it cost us nothing. This is the 6th salvage vehicle we have bought from them and they have stood behind everyone of them.”
“I cannot recommend this auto service enough. We were from out of town 3 hours away and the truck broke down. We called everywhere in the area who refused to look at the truck for weeks. Without hesitation he told us to get it towed in and he would figure it out today for us. He got us fixed up and on the road within a hour. Honest and hard workers. “I jumped on the Internet to get the number to Boat City Marine who I've done business with over the past years for both purchases and repairs on a small fleet that I have here on Barton Lake. I had to write this review because I was confused about the low rating I saw from three or four people apparently. . . seven years ago?? My experience has been wonderful with Boat City Marine and the service and personal attention I have received from Chris, his wife (Lori) and other staff members. I'm heading that way this morning with the tritoon to drop it off for its oil change and check up. Last year we had our 'guest/kids pontoon' in the shop for some repairs and what I thought might be an engine replacement was solved by several component upgrades at a fair price and in a timely manner. OK, well, I had to write that because the star low rating that I saw previously is the complete opposite of my experience here. Jim R”
“I had to bring my jeep to a repair shop after a car accident. Being new to the area I wasn't sure where to go and who to see....good mechanics are hard to find. Was referred to Chapman's from another auto shop that doesn't do body work but told me Chapman's does. Was so pleased with his work! He kept me informed, super responsive and reasonably priced. I had a hard time with my car insurance but not the mechanic. John at Chapman's was very good at explaining things and even on a time crunch to get my car back timely (no fault of his own, issue was the adjustor from the insurance moving too slow) he stayed late to get my jeep completed in time for a vacation. Recieved the jeep and it looked great,was so pleased with all he did. Definitely will use this mechanic for any issues I have going forward and highly recommend!! He does not disappoint!”
“Vary honest mechanic always solves my issues they have at least a week or 2 of work ahead of you when you call because they really will fix your issue. i went in and said my jeep had a miss fire on a fuel injector and he took his time and found out that it was a antifreeze issue and put stop leek in their and got it running smooth, he was vary honest and could have just replaced what i told him and i would still have an issue. he is smart and knows what he is doing and wont rip you off like most people. also if you need a mechanic to replace a battery then you might want to do that your self if your so upset about it, mac is good and has served my family for some years now.”

“Had a great customer experience yesterday. I knew there was something wrong with my car, and although I arrived during busy time, the manager ( tall guy ) he did a thorough job with installing a new battery and made sure it was done well. He even pulled out a battery tray and fixed it a little bit so that battery would not bounce around.
So grateful he helped me!
Stores like autozone are a lifesaver especially during busy time of the year.
