Brian B. has been instrumental in resolving issues for my dad and I. We had some trouble with a few changes to his account, and what could have been so difficult for us to handle with my dad’s mobility challenges and my current work schedule he was willing to take the time to ask for more help?, as if he really cared about our current situation. It made a huge difference to us. It reminded both of us what customer care used to be like years ago. Thank you, Brian B.!

Brian was amazing! When customer service is at an all.time low, I was pleasantly impressed by the level of knowledge and willingness to assist customers, choose a plan and service that works best for them. After a very negative experience at the Warren Road location, I was glad to see the experience turned positive. Thanks again Brian, I hope they don't move you guys from this location.

I walked into the store and I was bummed about my phone not working but when I saw Andrew smiling it really helped me feel I was in good hands and he got me a new phone and fixed my old phone. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I always went to the AT&T store in Livonia, but now I've been going to the AT&T store in Westland and the man that has been taking care of me for awhile now is outstanding! His name is Ash, if it wasn't for him I don't think that I would still have AT&T. He's gone out of his way to help me with any problem I might have. Very kind and patience and he will go out of his way to help you!
