Don't Go to Them Guys They Sold me a faulty phone ? they wouldn't replace it or give me my money back they gave me the run around for 3 months about it!! I finally had to pay for a new from a different boost mobile store... I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND THE OWNER AVOIDED ME FOR 2 MONTHS... THEY NEVER REPLACED MY PHONE OR GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK !! DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION

Poor customer service, twice. The last time the agent asked me to wait thirty minutes, for another rep who was not at the store; I was the only customer in the building. He made it clear my business was not valued.

The owner is horrible completely unreasonable attempted to STEAL my hard earned money (136.85)$ on my birthday if that means anything i was planning on treating myself to a new phone I was unhappy with a purchase I made instore because it was a used product and i was not made aware before the purchase and wanted a full refund I was told to return when the owner was in and when I did he argued with me and stood on 35% of the total price of the phone for a restocking fee which makes no sence boost mobile policy is 25$ and that's for a online purchase not instore. So I reported him to his superiors and filed a complaint on the establishment i also disputed the transaction with my credit card company and had my money returned pending investigation from both boost mobile and my card service so unless you dont value your time and money I RECOMMEND IF YOU CAN DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE DO IT THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I was only refunded 254.15 out of 391.00 from mike personally and had to have credit card company investigate him he planned on keeping the 136.85 I bet you they are not having it. Good luck guys. Thank you for the response you lied and said I purchased a ear piece which is very upsetting the purchase was only for the phone, case and screen protector. If you had an honest bone in your body you will make this right I will NEVER do business with you or boost ever again and I hope who ever reads this does the same.

After switching from a very old flip phone to a smart phone, I came to this boost store. The service and treatment I received was almost to good to be true. My flip phone was to old and could only transfer one contact at a time. I had over 100 contacts and manually transferring seemed daunting so I gave up and was gonna start from scratch. When the manager of the store, Jason, found out about me losing my contacts and learning that I'm new to smart phones. He reached out to me and let me know he will make sure my contacts get transferred even of he had to do it manually himself. I had already left and with the virus going around I try not to get out much. Jason and his staff made it their priority to make sure I was taken care off, he came to me and picked up the new and old phone and took care of everything without me leaving home. He even helped me and my husband learn about smartphones and a little bit about how to use them. He made me a Gmail account to be able to get apps and use internet better. My husband and i travel alot and we have never received such good care from a retail store. My husband was astonished and for the first time ever he seemed interested in getting a cell phone. We highly recommend! Thank you Jason and Mia!

When i say i LOVE, LOVE, love the staff at my favorite boost mobile service center.... It's facts!!! They make sure everything you need is what you'll leave with including being satisfied with your visit! As long as the staff stay the same, they'll forever take care of me!Go take a visit today! Mia and the manager took very good care of me and my family. Mia did everything she could to help us get ported from att. I will be returning to that store in the future for anything else I need in the future for my phone service.

These people are scam artists! I had a horrible experience where I bought a phone and they put a messed up sim card in it on purpose! Mia didn't want to refund my money and took the phone and refuse to give it to me until Jayson came in later. When I tried to get the phone back Jayson tried to charge me an extra $75 for a phone I already paid for!!!!! It wasn't until I got the Distro involved would they give me the phone. Then on top of all of that they gave me a different phone then originally sold to me. Absolutely horrible!! Dont go to this location, they will try and scam you out of more money. They are giving boost mobile a bad name.

They are the real deal....my first dealing with them was the best I won a TV..i could go on and on but you get it they are great real friendly i will continue to support them...
