Service is terrible. You can't even get someone to answer the phone at my branch on Ford Rd. In Dearborn heights. Someone in costumer Service Froze my debit card without even telling me.

I'm disabled and the employees at this Bank are so helpful and understanding. Whenever I need to go to the bank I make sure I go to this one.
