I rent vehicles on a regular basis but last week I had a resveration for a small car cost is important as I always take the extra insurance. I got down and was told they didn't have a small car so I would have to take an SUV for more money and they are very hard on fuel. I said no and then they told me I could take a Malibu for $10.00 more I said ok and then someone else checked and said it needed an oil change. I had an appointment that day and had to leave right away. I went back up there as I tried to calling for James the manager. I thought serego hung up the phone on me . I went back to location and asked for James the manager, A man behind the counter said he was threre in his office and then one of the ladies that work there said no he had left. On the way out the door I spoke to someone else and she told me she had made a resveration and came in and their was no car for her. She had to take a more expensive vehicle. There was also a toyota in the lot and they told me it was sold so they couldn't rent it out. Any other time they just put me in a different vehicle and didn't charge me anymore. They should have called me and told me they didn't have a vehicle available for me not let me show up. That lot was full of large vehicles. I am very disappointed. Below the email they tell you they want to look in to this further to contact them. I jumped through all the hoops not holding my breath not heard back from them!

The gentleman refuse to rent to me because my address was different in their system, however, I have a valid driver's license. I than asked to speak to a manager, and he stated that he was. How does the mamger don't know how to handle a customer that is in need of clarity. Regardless on how many addresses I have; I have a valid addres right in front of you. They should have updated. He was salty and retaliated against me by not renting to me. I was in a car accident and my insurance sent over ALL THE PAPERWORK that was needed and he kept tryna find problems because they did not have the vehicle I supposed got under my insurance. This is wrong. They suppose to be helping not causing more stress. And I did not cause a seen nor did I yell. I remained professional and calm. Lastly, I asked to speak with someone above him like corporate he said there is no such thing. Sad.Update: I went to another Enterprise they apologized for me going thru this drama and chaos that this enterprise put me thru; especially with me already going thru that traumatic experience. From my car accident I had to come here and deal with his ignorance. Unacceptable. I will not forgive this. He shouldn't be a manager.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because it absolutely deserves it. My fiancé and I came here because Nyla at the Wayne location off of Michigan Ave treated us so badly. Thank goodness we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Michele Crissman. I can honestly see why she is the Assistant Branch Manager at this location. She went above and beyond to provide phenomenal customer service. Not only did she accommodate us, but she showed empathy and had compassion for our situation. I cannot stress enough how much gratitude and appreciation I have for Michele. In my opinion, she deserves a raise, a promotion, and a plaque on the wall for being the most dedicated employee. Enterprise needs to recognize how much of an asset she truly is to this company.This location is spacious, always clean, smells nice, has lots of vehicles in their inventory, offers plenty of parking, and will go the distance to make sure you’re 100% happy with your rental.Just know that this specific location does not accept cash as a form of payment when you turn in your rental.If I ever need a rental in the future for any reason whatsoever, I will most definitely come back to this location. I will also be recommending this place to all my friends and family members as well.

Rented a Grand Jeep Cherokee. Cooper masterfully handled the rental process.Loved the way this vehicle handled on the road…Michelle took care of the return process. She was awesome and equally masterful with the return process.What a great car rental office to do business with….thank you!

The customer service is phenomenal at the Garden City location. From the young man who picked me up, the young man in the office and the manager or assistant manager Michelle who got me set up and on my way. They were busy but took the time to fit me in today to pick up a car while mine is being repaired.

I love Enterprise Rent-A-Car they are always so very nice and helpful they go out of their way to make my experience each and every time no matter what the location here in Michigan nationwide as well I'll always chose Enterprise Rent-A-Car as my car rental place I go to

flew in from Boston and they denied me a rental because I was using a debit card and didn't have a Georgia drivers license. have never ever had this issue and I travel all around the country using enterprise. this place sucks

I ordered a luxury vehicle online only to discover they didn’t have any available when I got there. I had to jump through hoops to prove I was who I was depending on the payment method which was inconvenient and a waste of time. I was also given a vehicle with less than a full tank of gas and even though the rep allowed me to bring the car back with less gas, that was also an inconvenience for me. The entire interaction seemed very drawn out and costed me a lot of time that I didn’t have.

The representatives were polite and professional. I was a little frustrated that I did not see on their website when I made the reservation that they put a $300 hold if using a debit card.

They were friendly picked me up on time and made sure I had the vehicle I wanted, pretty darn good service! The only thing that would made it better is if I got the truck I wanted, ended up getting a truck but not the one I wanted.
