After waiting almost 30 minutes the male tech took someone who came in minutes AFTER me and when I said something he lied to my face saying they had been waiting longer than me. Before that, after the same male tech told another customer that there was no appointments, another customer came in saying she had a 1p appointment and went ahead of me and two others. I decided to leave since the employee decided to lie to cover up picking who he wanted to get service next.

1 of the worse places I went to he kept burning my skin on my feet & my hands. The guy I showed the picture of what I wanted nobody could do which was super simple and then everyone acted like they couldn’t understand me so I had to just get a polish. So if you want to just get a polish n keep getting burned by nail files this is the place to wast your money.

I’ve been coming here constantly for the past three months, and there was only one time that my nails came out properly done. I had just went in last Wednesday I usually just get any random person that’s available which is fine but i have noticed that every tech thats done my nails has no idea what theyre doing besides kai and the girls, the way they apply the products makes me think that some of them aren’t even licensed or have a clue what theyre doing. This man spent 2 hours on my nails and mind you it was a regular overlay with shellac. Its been 7 days to be exact since ive got my nails done and two of my nails broke, shellac is coming off, and my nails are literally crooked. Save your money and go elsewhere they dont know what theyre doing!! While theyre doing your nails you can feel the pain and force they put on there and it ends up looking horrendous. it was never like this when mimi used to be there. 0/10 do not recommend. Save your money and time

They don’t listen they want what they want to do on your nails they charge you a different price and put me tips on 6 nails and left the rest so ghetto don’t recommend

They are friendly enough and get you in and out fast. They drilled my nails to get the gel off, then soaked them in a bowl of acetone (no cotton/foil) for less than ten minutes, then drilled the rest of the gel off. Told me the color I picked was too sheer and refused to do three coats. The color they gave me was just as sheer as the one I picked out. No lotion, no massage. The worst thing was the obvious gap by my cuticle. It looks like my nails are already a week grown out. I would only come back here if I had nowhere else to go.

I don’t know why I still went here after bad experiences. First of all, I got a pedicure and now my toe is infected right after going and that has never happened to me before. Second, don’t go to the older lady for nails, she damaged my nails so badly and scrapes off layers of my nail and it is painful. On top of that I told her to cut my nail and she just filed them all uneven. Another guy cut me with the drill several times (same one who gave me the toe infection) and everytime I go, my nails are clumpy and you can see globs of nail polish on them.

been coming here for 5 months and its amazing! i always ask for Tina and she does the exact thing i want each time. prices are incredibly reasonable and very nice atmosphere. 10/10 recommend!! :)

Liked this place at first, but everytime I had my nails done, the women never did what I wanted. My nails were so thin, they all broke off. I know it's because they used that electric buffer on them. I'm use to having them scraped off. I know it's easier to use the buffer to take the polish off, but when the customer is telling you that, they should listen.Service: Gel manicures

I love getting my nails done here! They always turn out great no matter who I get them done by, and they last. I got nail art for the first time yesterday and they came out so cute! Highly recommend this place

I’m not sure what the guys name is that did my nails, he sits next to the front desk . However I haven’t gone to a nail salon to get my nails done in years , I’ve always gone through a home nail tech . Let me just say best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon . It was Exactly what I wanted and he took his time to perfect them for me ! I’m in love with them ! And the price was very reasonable!Services: Acrylic nails

Some days good. Some days are bad. They can be a bit rude and aggressive. On several occasions my nails have broken the next day. The only reason I continue to go is because it's close. Not because of the services. If you could go somewhere else, RUN!!
