Amazing gym and trainer! Always feel very welcome and comfortable here! Tim is very thorough and makes sure you understand everything and are doing everything safely and correctly. Can’t say enough good about this place!!

Great trainer really takes his time to ensure you get the best workout. The women's group is amazing its fun and all the women in class are very uplifting. Weather your a first timer or not you will still fit in.
