My mail was being sent to an address I never had. I went to the post office to speak to the post master several times and he was never in. Left messages with several people that kept telling me I changed my address when I didn't. After several aggravating months of this finally I started getting my mail. Now they are delivering other people's mail to me. I wonder where mine is going. This is absolutely insane.

Being able to just drop my package off on the counter is super convenient, especially since there is always a really long line and always only 1 clerk working the front counter. And they move at a snails pace.

Walked in and was a long line with 1 clerk and another one just chatting next to him. A few minutes roll by and the lady talking shouts to the line “anyone got prepaid label or package drop off, hold mail”. Nobody had anything I told her I have a hold mail request. She said that would be cutting the line. I said okay….you’re the one who asked. Rudely took my id and mumbled something while she was walking to the back. Like she wanted to fight or something. Very unprofessional for a post office. I would expect this behavior at a Taco Bell.

Walked in at 1030am, cleark was mia for about 5 min while there were 2 customers in line. Clerks back, woohoo, takes care of 2 customers and then mumbles something under her breath and then vanishes into the back. Me and 2 other customers leave after another 3 min. Luckily I don't live in the area so wont have to ever go there again.

After having my package be in a Miss sent loop, Debbie was able to find my package out of like 400 parcels.

My regular carrier disappeared last September & all of the subs are horrible. They leave my packages in plain site for porch pirates to steal, exposed to rain, and snow. One carrier must smoke or toke in her van because every time she delivers a clothing bag it reeks of coverup spray. Last week my bag was ripped wide open and the contents ready to spill out onto the ground. That too was left in plain sight even though she had to put mail in the box and could have placed the pkg below the box where it is less likely to be seen. It's like they hate you and want your stuff to get ripped off. They should be followed by an inspector, because it seems they are doing the very worst job they possibly can. I can't wait to move out of Garden City and their sub-standard post office. Whoever is in charge there doesn't have a clue what they are doing!
