“I just got my car back after being repaired. I had someone hit me back in August and they've been backed up until November. I got my car back a little bit later than expected. But they not only fixed my car, recalibrated it, and made sure everything was completely good before giving it back to me. THEY FULLY CLEANED MY CAR. Happy late birthday gift to me. It was such an unexpected blessing. Ive got two kids, pregnant with the 3rd and I already work 3 jobs. I dont have time to clean my car. I CRIED when I got it back fully cleaned smelling good. It may have not been a huge deal for you guys to do it on your end, but it was a huge deal to me. THANK YOU”

“I recently purchased a 2022 F250 from Serra Ford. Since i was traveling over 3 hours away. Gabrielle was kind enough to video the truck, test drive, and make sure the vehicle was to my satisfaction. He was kind enough to hold the vehicle and do most of the paperwork over the phone.
When I arrived the truck was spotless and everything he relayed to me was correct. within an hour, my test drive and paperwork was completed. Gabrielle answered all my questions and went over the truck thoroughly. He assisted with Ford Pass and made sure it was working properly.
The truck was blue certified so I was at ease about the truck being in great mechanical condition.
I had a great experience with Serra Ford and especially Gabrielle the salesman.

*Plenty space to back into the dock.
*As soon as you take alpine rd, go all the way to dead end make a left receiving sencond entrance on the left.
* 24 hours open
*overnight parking. I'm not sure, but there is plenty of space as long as we don't block the entrance or road way.”
