“I asked 5 friends who they would recommend to replace a broken axel in Gaylord. Every one of them said Nedd's. They all told me he's a bit spicy but in a fun, down to earth kind of way. They all said he knows everything about cars and is very direct and honest.
They were right about everything.
My very first conversation with him did not disappoint but I could understand how he might not jibe with everyone.
This guy took care of my broken axel and replaced my heater blower motor. I expected the cost to be higher and take longer.

This place has excellent service. From out of town and had a mishap with my muffler and a stump. Stopped in Grayling NO PLACE THERE THAT REALLY DOES mufflers so to Gaylord I went. Great people working there. 30 minutes and hade us back on the road.”

“If I could give this place a million stars I would. These amazing gentlemen working here are proof not all heroes wear capes. My family and I were far from home and our cars muffler malfunction and we needed it fixed. We still had hours of driving ahead so getting in and out was very important let alone getting in at all with only minutes notice. The were able to get our vehicle in and fixed in 35min. They installed a brand new muffler and turns out their price was quite a bit cheaper than in my home town. I also want to mention that they were all very reassuring, professional, and comforting while my three children and I were there. This is truly the definition of great car service, like back in the good Ole days when people truly cared. So I am 100% positive if you are in a pinch contact these amazing gentlemen and put your anxiety at ease ...”

“I recently purchased a 2022 F250 from Serra Ford. Since i was traveling over 3 hours away. Gabrielle was kind enough to video the truck, test drive, and make sure the vehicle was to my satisfaction. He was kind enough to hold the vehicle and do most of the paperwork over the phone.
When I arrived the truck was spotless and everything he relayed to me was correct. within an hour, my test drive and paperwork was completed. Gabrielle answered all my questions and went over the truck thoroughly. He assisted with Ford Pass and made sure it was working properly.
The truck was blue certified so I was at ease about the truck being in great mechanical condition.
I had a great experience with Serra Ford and especially Gabrielle the salesman.

“Stopped in just for gas and the first thing I noticed as I was walking inside to pay was every single trash can was either full or overflowing with trash. Truth of the matter is nobody likes to take out trash. But it should be getting done on each shift. Other than that if it wasn’t for the friendly cashier I would’ve rated this gas station maybe 2 stars. Cleanliness is huge!”

*I have delivered here a couple of times. Definitely, they're pretty quick unloading. 1hr 20min or less.
*Amazing people who appreciate drivers' time.
*restrooms available for drivers.
*Plenty space to back into the dock.
*As soon as you take alpine rd, go all the way to dead end make a left receiving sencond entrance on the left.
* 24 hours open
*overnight parking. I'm not sure, but there is plenty of space as long as we don't block the entrance or road way.”

The staff is very professional. I had 3 people ask if I was being helped. They were all smiles. Who ever manages this Belle Tire you have created a culture that is customer oriented and rare.”
