“Wanted to sincerely thank enterprise rental of Gaylord for the support I received recently regarding outstanding service . To start i’m over a 2 Hour Drive from the location and to my surprise, they were so accommodating& quick . I got there at 7:55 am & by 8:01 am ,my rental was ready to go & I was off to work . They also offered constant communication really appreciate that they informed me of all changes that were happening . If I could I would rate this company 10 star/ + for how amazing they truly are ! Hard working employees & just truly amazing people just wanted to say thank you for everything & for remaining so professional & patient while allowing me to use your service. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a rental company.”

“Quite challenging to rent a car nowadays. I was having trouble getting a vehicle to get home, and the gentleman working the desk this past Thursday did all that he could to help me. My wife tells me that car rental places overbook, and hope that someone will cancel, but it doesn’t always work out. In my case, I got lucky, as the gentleman worked his magic and helped me get home.

Looking at the negative reviews, it looks like other people have gotten the short end of the stick, but I do not believe that can be attributed to the staff at this location.”
