“Quite challenging to rent a car nowadays. I was having trouble getting a vehicle to get home, and the gentleman working the desk this past Thursday did all that he could to help me. My wife tells me that car rental places overbook, and hope that someone will cancel, but it doesn’t always work out. In my case, I got lucky, as the gentleman worked his magic and helped me get home.
Looking at the negative reviews, it looks like other people have gotten the short end of the stick, but I do not believe that can be attributed to the staff at this location.”

“I like that during the process of getting on the road we had to change a few things on are end and as at the time of doing all that enterprise was short staffed and busy but still did everything to get us on the road as fast as they could”
