The ATM is almost always broken, They always have a long wait because they don't have enough staff or they are talking forever, small talk I get but this is excessive. And now they are charging for a service I have always received for free, honestly if there were any better options I'd be gone, this is a joke that isn't funny.

Huntington has a history of putting holds on accounts and closing them, without providing reason.

Occured $150 in overdraft charges because I couldn't assess online and mom put $28 k in wrong acct. They refuse to credit. I'm pulling all my accts.

Terrible experience with Huntington Bank. I disputed a charge on my account that was a mistake. I provided the proof (2 e-mails showing the promised credit from the business that did it) to the bank immediately. I was credited the amount until the case was resolved. A few weeks later Huntington sent me a letter stating that the case had been investigated (it had not), they had failed to receive any documents (they had), and they had taken out the amount they had previously credited me and closed the case (All without so much as a phone call).I gave them over a week and half to do SOMETHING and they did NOTHING. Chelsea was the Mgr I worked with. Other than repeating that there was nothing she could do (she could have put a credit from petty cash into my account until it was resolved) and that I just had to WAIT until someone else got around to doing their job and fix their mistakes. Awful experience and poor management. I gave Huntington numerous opportunities to do service recovery, but was left with no choice but to close my accounts and sever all ties with them. I contacted the Regional Mgr Dave, but have yet to get a response to my message. Stay away from Huntington Bank!!!!
