My purchase was with Bryan and Teri. Bryan told me he was new but his demeanor and knowledge when I explained what I was looking for was top notch. Teri overheard everything and was able to help determine possible size she would need to have it fit properly along with added thought so that this would not break as the last one did. Ultimately I ended up getting 2 of the same style but different thicknesses for every occasion. If I could give 6 stars I would. If you have any and all jewelry needs and want honesty and above and beyond customer service this is the place to go!”
