Hate this bank. Tried to open an account and they say my credit score isn’t good enough to make an account. Tried to cash a check and they won’t let me cash it because I don’t have an account. I will avoid working with this bank at all costs.

Having to go over the head of the branch manager and speak to their superiors in Wisconsin just to get someone to speak to you about a mistake they made and a loan issue you need resolved isn't what I'd call a quality community business.

If you're buying a home don't go here for the loan. Loan officer (I will not name who) waited until last minute to have us jump through hoops. Gave us a closing date. Now that's changed until who knows. Due to needing more info (they should have told us to get weeks ago) Horrible service!
