“Normally, I purchase my supplies closer to town but have my dogs groomed at this location. About five weeks ago, I began a training class here with my dog, whom I'm training to be my service dog (I'm a disabled veteran). Jessica, the trainer, possesses extensive knowledge not only in training but also in canine behavior. Today, I visited to purchase a harness she recommended during last week's training session, thinking it might be easier for both my dog and me. Upon entering, I didn't initially see her at the front register since she was busy with other customers. I inquired with the staff about her presence because she's familiar with my dog and I'm more comfortable with her assistance. She helped fit my dog with a harness and guided me through the process to ensure it was suitable for our needs. Jessica seems to be a jack-of-all-trades at PetSmart. She's young, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about animals and resolving related issues. I highly recommend Jessica for training or any pet-related needs. I intend to continue training with Jessica and PetSmart through the subsequent levels.”
