24 years active duty military.
45 years old.
Store refused to sell me a bottle of Michigan cherry wine because she couldn’t scan my military identification.
I did inform the cashier that civilian systems cannot scan a military identification.
I told her it was illegal to attempt to scan it per federal law.
She attempted to scan it anyway citing, “well it’s literally my job.”
It didn’t scan, thankfully.
Her response was to decline to sell me alcohol.
Not impressed.

Worst and dirtiest gas station ever! Mold on the burger and bathrooms smelled worse than an outhouse!

First off, the washer fluid at the pumps smells really bad. I think it needs to be cleaned out before refill. And second, lately when I stop at this shell station and use the men's bathroom, it has been smelling really bad like urine. I was just there June 30th in the evening, and it smelled like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

Ok so I wouldn't normally post about at experience at a gas station, however I was shocked at the customer service and just so impressed by the gentleman Zach behind the counter! Thanks for showing kindness and empathy! You're parents should be proud! This Shell is lucky to have you!

The store is nice and well stocked. Half of the gas pumps don’t work and need servicing or replacement.

When searching for gas stations in MY area, this sponsored ad made Shell come up first. It’s 15 miles further away than the closest gas station.

Male clerk gave my wife's cash prepay AND fuel rewards to a different customer. My wife asked him to fix it, and he decided to be mouthy and rude instead. Never had this experience before, and we'll never tolerate it again. Everyone needs a job, but he clearly doesn't deserve that one. We will be taking all of our business somewhere polite.

Very clean and the staff was awesome. I also won big on a scratch off ticket and saw several winners certificates there.

Easy access to the highway. Large clean bathrooms for men and women. Full selection of drinks and snacks. Has a good car wash as well.
