My phone was damaged so i quickly bought a used one. Drove to this store to have it verified and turned on with sim card. Rep swaps Sim and says your all set! After trying to make a call just outside the front door, I realize the phone needs to be set up and turned on still. They lock the door on me as I reach to open it! Telling me that the store is closed and to call customer service. Come on now you people, you don't know how to turn a phone on? Inconsiderate poor customer service experience to say the least.

By far the best experience I have ever had with Verizon. It took the guy I was working with less than 5 minutes to activate my husbands new sim card. It took me an hour and a half on the phone with customer support to do mine. Will only drive to the store from now on.

I came into the store today because I thought my phone had crapped the bed and Ms. Salad was able to fix it for me and the get me into a new phone very seamlessly the whole trip took less the 45 mins in store. Just wanted to than Ms. Salad aka Samantha for a great costumer service experience. Thanks again Mr. Mustache

This store is not very helpful at all even tho I believe it's a corporate store. I've had stores that aren't corporate that are much more helpful. Spoke to a Verizon rep today to share my experience after I was unable to call the store and talk to manager. Trip today to try and get a new IPad usable as couldn't remember my Apple ID. Told nothing they could do. They should know you can create a new account! This isn't my first experience with complete ignorance or lack of wanting to help a long time Verizon customer at this store.

Went in there because I was sold a faulty phone from the reseller near where I live. The lady was extremely rude and started talking to me like a child. She couldn't care less about what my problem was, had no desire to help us and put us down in the process. She immediately started accusing me of damaging my phone. Don't use Verizon. Not only is the service terrible but they allow faulty phones to be sold and rake no responsibility for rectifying anything they did wrong. And everyone who works for them are jerks to the customers.
