I was looking for a very specific part (to connect an AC recharge line to a vacuum pump) and could not find it anywhere, nor could anyone at the hardware department of a very large hardware store close by figure out what I needed. The gentleman at Kenowa Auto Value knew exactly what I needed and retrieved it from the back room within seconds. I was very thankful and impressed. I was frustrated that no one knew how to help me at other locations.

Been going to Kenowa since I was a kid. They are still the best parts store in town. Best part is they don't sell subpar parts here like the big box parts stores

Watch out for their delivery parts drivers. One that regularly takes Chicago Dr is very reckless as he weaves in and out of traffic without blinkers. Tails anyone who isnt going 70+ mph. Also is using a handheld device while moving which was causing him to drift into other lanes. I normally see him on Chicago Dr. early afternoons. Watch out!

We were in town for a wedding and our alternator went out. My husband went to this store and the man working (did not get his name, unfortunately) was a tremendous help. He directed him to a repair shop that was open on a Saturday and was instrumental in getting our car repaired so we didn't miss the wedding or need to rent a vehicle. Thank you so much! We have mentioned and recommended you to all our relatives that live locally.
