We had a great birthday party for my 8 year old son at Rebounderz. They had cute tables you could rent with cubbies for the kids to store their shoes and hooks to hang coats. They offered water, soda, two pizza's with large and small plates for cake (you provide your own cake). My son got a t shirt and everyone got arcade cards preloaded with $5. We added a laser tag experience for the 10 kids for $40. So much to do! Arcade, laser tag, ninja warrior course, dodgeball, high jump, trampolines into a soft block pit and for smaller children they had a 3 story interactive jungle gym, and a dedicated jumping area for the smaller kids. For an extra fee there is also an escape room, mini golf and golf simulator. There was a spot to check in for the parties to make the whole process smoother. The kids get about 2 hours of jumping and about an hour for food, cake and presents. Everyone had a great time and we felt the staff was professional and actually cared about our experience. Highly recommend for birthday parties or just for a fun day of jumping. Enjoy!

I never do reviews but I had to after how I was made to feel by one of the employees today. Last time I was here there were refills on the drinks so I had assumed that was still the case. I didn’t see the sign that said “no refills”. I was with my 6 year old daughter and quickly got some Pepsi and as we were walking away we were confronted by a young man working the food counter. He was very animated in communicating the no refill policy. I explained to him I honestly didn’t see the sign plus a friend of mine who’s a member here had said there were refills, so sorry I misunderstood. He then pointed out to the both of us the cameras that are surrounding the food court, which was completely uncalled for in my opinion. He then stated “it’s ok to be honest you should try it sometime it feels good”. I found it completely inappropriate and offensive! I didn’t get his name honestly I was kind’ve shocked, speechless if you will, the way he spoke to me. I didn’t appreciate him implying that I was a dishonest person, especially with my 6 year old child standing there. Never have had an issue before. Overall my kids enjoy coming here. I know it’s hard nowadays finding and keeping employees but they should really think twice before speaking to someone and saying off the wall comments as such. I would hate to see something happen to him all because his mouth. Maybe he needs some customer service training, not sure. Anyways I wanted to leave this review so somebody sees it because it was not ok!

We LOVE this place. My kids and I meet friends here every Friday night for glow jump and it never gets old. The staff is always very friendly. They keep up on cleaning the restrooms and the play areas. They have a good variety of food at the concession stand as well! We have had a few birthday parties here, and the staff always takes great care of us. This is our second year with a membership, and we will certainly be renewing it when the time comes!

This place is great for smaller kids. The staff is amazing especially Mike. He was very kind and respectful. Once we started jumping we realized it wasn’t for us. And Mike was very understanding and gave us a refund. I really appreciated that.

Recently had my daughter's birthday party there and the staff were great. They helped with the little kiddos and had the food served promptly; it was a very stress free day for the parents all things considered. Highly recommend.

Crazy big place. Lots of fun things for kids to do. Get out that energy!!! The kids working here need a little bit of work. Some of them are cool. Some of them need some help on customer service but that's okay. They're young. Happy birthday party here. It was a blast. Spent 3 hours!

My daughter (8) would live here if she could! Lots of fun and affordable with several things to do besides jump. Beats competition with variety and setup.

This place is good for younger kids. But teens or older don't really have much to do since they're too tall. Small kids love it though. I was disappointed to have paid so much for 4 kids and only 2 of them enjoyed their time here. Older/taller kids should be cheaper.

Let me start with the good. My kids had a blast during the 3 hours we spent there. They bounced, they played in the indoor playground area and they did laser tag and had a lot of fun in the arcade. The not so good:The air was really stale and too warm. Part of the ceiling was actually falling in one place over the lockers and dripping water. The place is showing signs of wear for sure. The play areas are not monitored well. Height requirements for certain areas are not enforced. There were older kids going through the smaller playground area and younger kids in the ninja warrior course. The snack bar area is overpriced and lacking in food choices. Let's talk about that stale air again.... Unfortunately, there were some parents who thought bringing sick kids to an indoor trampoline park is a good idea. I witnessed several kids sneezing and coughing while we were there and sure enough a couple days later my kids started showing symptoms and we've been sick for a week now. Definitely not worth the 3 hours of fun we had. They really need to update their hvac with better filtration. No excuse not to post covid.

Two of your employees reached out to me and my grandkids, they made signing in an easy experience for a grandma not good with computers, Samantha was excellent, so friendly, and never made me feel like a bother. She was so willing to help. Jacob helped my grandkids at the snack bar. Thank you.

Been here before with my son who is 2 years old. I am always by him except for the indoor playground/bubble jump areas with the "max height" limits. It was his favorite place, until he broke his arm falling off a step from the playground. At the time, I didn't think there was adequate staff overseeing this busy area where the younger and most vulnerable kids are playing, but it sounds like they might step it up.Don't get me wrong, it's a fun place. I know broken bones will happen in places like this (the bone surgeon at the hospital confirmed by saying they see cases several times a week). I would just be weary of bringing any kids under 4, and keeping your little ones heavily supervised.Note: I had updated this review from 2 stars to 4. Originally, I was disappointed because they didn't call to follow-up within the period they had said, and I didn't have enough information to understand what had happened. After leaving this review, Samantha had left me a voicemail, which I didn't see due to having a new phone. Over two weeks later I found the voicemail and called on a whim to see if she remembered, and I was pleasantly surprised she recalled without hesitation. This to me shows that we were not just "another casualty to be forgotten" as I may have posted earlier. I received a genuine apology and understandable explanation from Samantha, and we went over what they had seen on their security cameras. After the traumatic experience, I would feel comfortable coming back once I know my son fully heals and isn't immediately going to refracture his arm.

Admission is WAY to high. At $20 a person for five and up the average family would spend too much just in admission not including any other food drink or activities. Michigan is lacking on actual fun play places for kids. This place isn’t all what’s cracked up to be for the cost.

This place is huge. Kids love it! The major downside is the pricing. I think business would be much better if hourly individual cost w/ no memberships would be less. All people in the area that i have spoken to agrees.

Great place to take my Grandsons, they expel a ton of energy…great exercise for them as well. They love it.
