Kym is a fantastic personal trainer. She is wonderfully creative, an expert in crafting a workout to fit your body’s uniqueness, and extremely knowledge about the physical body. She has helped me to be strong through my journey with cancer. I really wouldn’t be in the healthy place that I am in without her dedication and encouragement. Anybody, no matter their age, size, or level of fitness, would benefit from training with this one of a kind, super-strong, down to earth delight of a person.

Kym is amazing! she focuses on making you healthy from the inside out. She has helped me grow as a person and love who I actually am. All things I needed to do in order to eat healthy and exercise regularly. She has given me the accountability I needed to make life style changes and not just “diet”. Working with her has truly transformed my life for the better and I recommend her for anyone at the beginning of their journey to being healthier as well as for those just looking for that extra coaching/guidance.

My experience with Kym as a trainer has been exceptional. I am not athletic. I never played sports. I really didn't think I was capable to do more than some simple cardio exercises (mostly walking). Kym patiently started my workouts at a level I was comfortable with and encouraged me to set goals and not be afraid to push myself. I am so pleased with the results. I am stronger than I have ever been. I can see the difference in my muscles. I have more energy and I'm more motivated to be active.

I've been working with Kym for about two months(I've known her longer, through running). We meet twice a week for an hour. And occasionally take measurements and do weigh-ins. I've had positive results in both weight loss and muscle gain through working with her.
