Tax Preparer Jean Torrey gave some unique information:
1. She doesn’t file extensions because it isn’t necessary. She affirmed that there are no penalties for not filing extensions.
2. On Schedule C’s: All expenses are put into three categories. Any more categories causes problems. Thank you for the email confirmation,
Surprised. Wow! The owner’s confirmation that tax extensions are not necessary. So it’s okay if the preparer, like Jean Tory doesn’t file them telling clients there is no consequences. Interesting.

Debbie is a god sent!! She was so amazing! We had an amendment and an additional tax year to file. Our appointment got messed up in the system and she stayed past her time to go home to do our taxes! It took 2 hours! She was so sweet and kind! Taxes are super stressful for me and she was so empathetic and explained everything so well! She even gave us great advice about how to add extra deduction from our check now that we are empty nesters with no children at home anymore! I can not express how grateful I am for her! I walked into that building so stressed and I left with so much relief!! She is the only person I will ever go see for taxes!! She is an angel! Everyone deserves such an amazing experience during such a stressful time! I just can not say it enough!! Debbie is 10/10!! Thank you Debbie!! You were sooo compassionate and kind!!

Debbie was amazing to work with and definitely went the extra mile for us in making sure that we got our full refund, weren't overcharged, and understood everything that she was filling out for us!

I ran into problems at every step of the process due to my tax situation. My representative handled every obstacle with ease, knew what was needed next and made all the obstacles go away. Answered all my questions including a million what-ifs. Easy Peasy!

I wiuld.give zero stars if possible this company has no idea awhat they are doing. Last year they screwed me because the alpine location messaged me taxes up now this year I went to the Jenison location. She screwed that up qnd now I owe 1400 from the irs and when I went back she had no idea but guessed it was from stimulus which isn't taxed mind you..... I would avoid this company all together they are here to screw you. I even payed 160 to have them done plus 50 I owed in that day. Also Connie was the lady that helped me in jension she was clueless
