Honestly this branch and the people in it are illiterate and cannot do their job. They will take your money and apply it to wherever they feel like it and harass you. Ignorant group of people who can't seem to use their ears and listen to exactly what you need. They will mismanage your money. For anyone to know if they need to send in checks if the machine is not working they will cancel your check instead of waiting till it's back in service. Horrible Bank full of illiterate people.

I came in to simply get a new card. I was told it would be around 5 minutes or so and they will bring my debit card to me. I waited around half an hour before I had to go back in line myself and get my own debit card that I had already waited in line to say I needed. The worker that helped me was a young girl with black hair black glasses and a black and white striped sweater around 2 pm. She saw me sitting down still and continued to help everyone else in line.she could have paused and brought me my card. I’ve never waited that long I have other things to do with my day. People that came after me were helped over and over before me

If I could I would give them one star or just one employe last paycheck I came in and I don’t have my id because it is in my car and it is in the shop I don’t have access to they told me I had an id on file and it was Alr I still do not have access and they told me today that it was only a certain time thing what tf die that mean I need my money and they are closed tmr will 100% switching banks

For the first time in my life, I’m writing a review. I’m doing this from the bottom of my heart, I want to say a huge thank you to the most wonderful person, Courtney Horchner. She helped our family with financing for a car. I’ve never seen such dedication to customers before!
I want my review to be seen by the bank's management, and I hope they reward such an amazing employee with a financial bonus!

I had worst customer service experience here today. Michelle was extremely rude. She was frustrated I had a few different things I needed done and kept complaining about her computer system but taking it out on me. She was huffing the whole time and rolling her eyes. I can understand getting frustrated when your computer isn't working but I wasn't the problem and I was waiting patiently. No need to take it out on the customers.

Always a great experience in this branch of LMCU! Everyone has always been super helpful and quick to answer questions.Also would like to give Kara a huge shoutout, Rockstar! She was very knowledgeable, quick to answer any question's I had, and got what I needed done very quickly to make my process of buying a new car easy and stress free.

Our mortgage with LMCU has been a disappointment from the beginning--we wanted to use a local business. My wife and I both have accounts at LMCU, but the mortgage payment has always been from mine. When LMCU upgraded their online banking, access to the mortgage was switched from my account. Both of us would have to take time off from work to talk to someone in person to fix the problem, or submit our account numbers through email--we declined. LMCU just updated their system again and this time, LMCU switched the default account for payments to an account at another bank entirely. I attempted to make two payments against the principal, so now I'll have to contest the bank fees as well.

So disappointing. The Jenison LMCU. Not a great place. I have never had any problems with LMCU. But I moved to Jenison all kinds of problems. My account has been hacked about 8 times and I have lived in Jenison for a year now. Horrible place. They do not help you with anything. The branch Manager and Assistant Manager worthless. I will never bank with LMCU again. And I do know of several other people from Jenison who have had the same problem and they do nothing to help others with their account as well. So if you want your account hacked all the time bank with them. And they make you pay the money back . That hackers stold from you.WHAT????
