Quick, professional, and extremely helpful. Tim helped me with patching and changing a tire, he even stayed a little after work hours when it took longer to get my tire to balance. He was extremely helpful and I'd definitely go back for any tire, brake, or oil issues.

Staff here is incredible! Came in one time minutes before close because I had a flat tire. They got me in right away and changed my flat tire free of charge. Incredibly kind staff!!

Super friendly staff. Came in early with a trailer tire issue. Slightly emotional after a long weekend, but they got it in right away, diagnosed the problem. And replaced the valve stem. Stand up team, can't thank them enough.

Brake job nightmare at Monro– I scheduled an appointment at the Jenison Monro for new brake pads and rotors
- When I dopped the car off I was told the job would take about 2 hrs and the job actually took 5 hours
- Monro called after they had the car several hours and told me I needed 2 new rear calipers for $900 extra, then in the middle of the conversation they told me they figured out they needed to reset the caliper to retract and the calipers did not need replacing, they were fine. So this lack of knowledge almost cost me another $900.
- Monro called me at 6 and told me they were closing at 630 instead of 7 and I had to rush over to pick up my car otherwise I’d need to pick it up the following day.
- The Tech left the tar like covering on the rotor and told me it would burn off in a few days, so don’t call if the brakes feel funny and smell funny.
- I Immediately felt a shake in the steering wheel when braking, but gave it time for the tar like coating to wear off based on the Techs instructions.
- After Driving the car for 3 weeks I set an appointment with Dan for Wednesday 8am for Monro to determine why the brakes were not operating correctly. When I arrived, Tim told me there was no appointment. Told me they could see it in the afternoon.
- I asked for details and if this appointment would be covered as warranty (I’ve only had the brakes 3 weeks and they have never been right) Tim told me they sold me the “silver” package which did not cover labor in the warranty, so basically I’d have to pay labor for a second brake job in 3 weeks. This is the first time I’d heard the term silver package and had not been offered different packages when I booked the appointment. He also told me if the rotors were warped, it was probably my fault for as he put it “riding them too hard”. In essence, he was blaming me for defective or potentially sub par parts Monro is using. I told him I didn’t think it was fair that I would have to cover the labor and Tim kept saying he didn’t say that, but every time I tried to get confirmation the fix would be covered under warranty he wouldn’t commit and just kept saying he needed to look at the brakes. Most reputable auto repair shops would stand behind their service and parts – they would make things right. I was in a bind, so I went to this shop, I should have known better.

I always go to Monro in Jenison. Manuel and Adam are so helpful and kind, and they always explain things in a way that I can understand (and I dont know much at all about cars). The whole staff is great. They're fair and honest, so I always come back here. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know!

Great experience. Fast and very friendly service. They were open on the holiday weekend too. Most everywhere else was closed. It was very good.

Don't let these grease balls waste your time. They have offshore phone agents that quoted me $400 for brake pads and rotors. When I got to the shop, they told me it would be more than 4x that. Complete jokesters, would recommend scheduling your repairs elsewhere
