Had an amazing experience today with the staff and vet. They are all so friendly and go over every detail and explain the process. They treat everyone like family. The only place I trust with my fur babies.

Liz and Rachel are always so nice and kind. I highly recommend Gibraltar Veterinary hospital. They been caring for my cats for lots of years now.

only gave 1 star and that is only because of the 8 years of going there, but they do not work with you as far as getting in for emergencies i love how they expect you to wait a whole week to get in! i felt like there is no compassion what so ever! i was very upset with that! Amazing how i called another vet and could fit my dog in same day even as a new patient. Shame on you for not working with me on getting my dog in sooner for an emergency! will not be returning!

Overcharges insulin for my cat by $100. It costs $120 on Chewy but they won't work with them or answer their request for the prescription and pet information so I have to spend $220 at their pharmacy. They are never willing to work with you on pricing or payment plans. Also will coerce you into getting unnecessary tests you don't need. They are a clean facility and they seem like decent people by the way they treat their patients but it's because they are happy to making bank off insane up charges. Unless you want to waste money don't go here.

this place made a very hard moment much easier. we had to put my cat down when he got very sick unexpectedly. i had forgot to cut off some fur from my kitty and only realized when i had already got home, so we called and asked if it was possible to get some, and they said yes! even putting it in a vile (i was only expecting a baggie!) this meant the world to me. thank you!!the atmosphere is calming, and the staff are very compassionate. we were able to make an appointment for the same day.

I love Gibraltar Vet. They are so loving and caring about your pet. Dr. Dooderstat is so compassionate. Arianna is a special lady . The rest of the staff is so friendly , polite and caring about your pets care. I would highly recommend anyone to take their animals here.

We had to put our Jack Russell CJ down yesterday. Dr. Judy Duderstadt and staff were so very kind and compassionate. They put us at ease in our time of grief. Something that was so unbearably hard was made a bit easier by all of the care and compassion they showed.

I’ve been going to Gibraltar for 5 years and my pups have been seeing Dr. Duderstadt for about 6-7 years. Gibraltar has the absolute finest, friendliest and kindest staff you will ever come across. I lost my girl, Yara in a terrible accident 2 years ago. Dr. Duderstadt and her staff met me at the clinic just before they opened. They wrapped my baby up and wheeled her into the hospital with the utmost care and respect. Let’s be honest, people. These are first responders. These people have some of the biggest hearts I’ve ever seen. Gibraltar is far and above any animal clinic I’ve been to. So, thank you, Dr. Duderstadt. And the entire Gibraltar staff. You do selfless work with a smile and a lot of times a hug. I truly have so much admiration for you and it’s a honor to call you our animal hospital, our doctor and our medical techs ❤️❤️❤️

Horrible place to call a primary vet! Had an emergency come up the last couple of days and they are not helpful at all! Would not even schedule an appointment! Ended up taking my vet to Allen Park where they ran some tests, and provided antibiotics, and said follow up with Primary vet if things do not improve. Called again today, told the receptionist what the situation was and all she could say was we are full.Would never recommend this place to anyone, they are ok if you have an appointment scheduled 3 months in advance.

I take all of my dogs there and have always had amazing service and care. They have taken care of my dogs during routine visits and emergencies. Dr. Duderstadt loves her patients and I would trust no one else with my pets. She, and the entire staff at Gibraltar, go above and beyond for their patients. Highly recommend.
