Advance Auto Parts is a favorite auto parts store known for having needed parts in stock or available quickly. Employees are consistently nice, professional, and very helpful and knowledgeable. They assist without making customers feel uninformed. The store is clean and well organized. Service is efficient, including straightforward warranty returns even long after purchase. Customers appreciate the support, especially when traveling, noting staff go above and beyond, such as assisting with products.
We go to this store often but, this last time Jacob was the biggest help ever!! He honestly deserves a raise!!

Jacob went out of his way to help. Out car died in the adjacent parking lot and he was willing to come test the battery, and install a new one with out complaint.
