If I could have rated negative stars I would :/ the crew great. The management TERRIBLE, rude to there workers for no reason and very unprofessional don’t go! Treat your people either with respect or don’t be in management.

I just took my RAM truck here for the first time and I am very pleased with the level of service, knowledge of the staff, and all of them were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this location for an oil change.

Just left from there with out service. New manager says it is under new managment with an attitude like he is tired of saying that all day so I left. Didnt have the oil I needed when they use to have it and when I got out of my vehicle to show the other worker what I had going on under the hood the manager again in an aggresive manner as if I were a child interrupting what I was trying to show his co-worker you can't be outside of your car or you got to go outside. Never mind the fact that his coworker was being cordial and attentive to what I was trying to show him. That dude is something else I tell ya... SMH IDK if this guy does not change his attitude alot of people are gonna go else where like me, and I live 0.7 miles away.

Prices were misleading..Staff stated corporate hasn't replaced them yet. I ordinarily get the $46.99 oil change. Ended up having to pay $70.00 for an oil change that ordinarily would have cost me around $50.00. I'll drive to Bay City from now on.

I recently had my engine for my Chevy Equinox rebuilt and it was recommended that I use conventional, non-synthetic oil for the first three oil changes. Although they didn't carry conventional oil there, when I brought my own in, they quickly got me in and did a fantastic job. The manager took the cost of the oil (and the filter) off the job and made recommendations regarding care of my rebuild. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Heading there again today!
