About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service has received mixed reviews from its customers. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, like Kyle, who assist with various issues, including money orders. Customers value the excellent service and personal touch from staff, making their visits pleasant. However, there are some concerns, such as mail delivery issues and inconsistent hours, as one customer found the office closed earlier than advertised. Overall, the positive interactions with staff like the mail carrier Jody stand out, but there are areas for improvement in service consistency and communication about hours.

Not my local office but I’d rather drive here and have good service and decent folks than deal with the local PO in our town.

I've only needed to mail a few things from Gladwin's Post Office since moving here. The staff at this post office are always helpful and professional. I like going to a home town post office. The people are real nice here.
