M22 Inn is an old-fashioned motel located in the heart of Glen Arbor, just a short walk away from the town's shops, restaurants, and a small beach area. The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a pleasant stay for guests. However, there are a few things to be aware of. The owners/staff are remote, and there is no onsite office. Guests need to call or text for any service requests, but the response is quick. Check-in instructions are provided via text message, so guests should check their phones upon arrival. The property also has a large ice machine at the bottom of the west stairway. One notable issue is the tap water, which has an unpleasant odor, so guests are advised to purchase bottled water from the nearby grocery store. Interestingly, the ice from the on-site machine does not have this issue. Guests should also be mindful of the air conditioning unit, as running a hair dryer while it's on can cause a circuit breaker to trip, resulting in a loss of power to the entire room. In such cases, guests will need to call for service to reset the breaker. Overall, the M22 Inn is well-located, with clean and comfortable rooms. While there are a few quirks to be aware of, the property provides a pleasant and convenient stay for those visiting the Glen Arbor area.
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are small and cozy, but everything you need. The location was fantastic in walking distance to everything Glenn Abor has to offer. We will stay again next time we visit.

Great place to stay. Restaurants are very close and so is the water.

Spectacular location. Stayed in the summer and winter and two different experiences. However, always great response and nice staff. Ice machine out in the winter but all else is what you would expect. Will definitely be back.
