I have used h&r block in many locations for the 9 years I have used them but this location was by far the worst ones I have had to go out of my way to get ahold of them multiply times and when I do get ahold of them they were talking down to me like I had a legit reason to call and ask why I couldn't login to my mi return and all they kept repeating them selves not listening to what my questions were will definitely not be going back to this one will drive an hr any way to not use them again very sad I like h&r block just not the professionals that work at this one
